These Terms of Use govern your use of truevestments.com (the "Site"), operated by Truevestments.com Risk Advisors LLC, doing business as Truevestments.com ("Truevestments.com," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
Who we are
Truevestments.com is a licensed property and casualty insurance agency based in Alpharetta, Georgia. Personal insurance (such as home, auto and umbrella) is offered in states where our agency is licensed. Business insurance is available more broadly, subject to licensing and the appetite of the insurance companies we work with. Every product and quote is subject to underwriting, eligibility and availability.
No coverage until confirmed
Submitting a form, a chat message, an email or the coverage checkup does not bind, change or cancel any insurance coverage. Coverage begins, changes or ends only when confirmed in writing by a licensed agent and the insurance company. Never assume you are covered until you receive that confirmation.
Information on the Site is general, not advice
- Insurance: descriptions of coverage are general summaries. Actual coverage is governed by the policy's terms, conditions and exclusions. Talk with a licensed agent about your situation.
- Coverage checkup: the checkup highlights topics that may be worth reviewing with an agent. It is not a review of your policies, a coverage recommendation or a determination of whether you are covered.
- News, research and market data: the weekly briefing, research pages and market ticker are for general information and education only. They are not investment, financial, tax or legal advice, and are not a recommendation to buy or sell any security or asset. Briefing summaries are prepared with the help of automated tools from third-party sources, may contain errors, and link to the original sources. Market data is provided by third parties and may be delayed.
- Legal and other referrals: we can introduce you to independent professionals such as attorneys, realtors and finance professionals. We do not provide legal, tax or real estate services, and those professionals are responsible for their own work.
Bullseye, our automated assistant
Bullseye is an automated assistant, not a person and not a licensed agent. It can answer general questions and pass requests to our team, but it cannot quote prices, bind or change coverage, or give coverage, legal or financial advice, and its answers may be incomplete or wrong. Don't share sensitive personal or financial information in the chat. Chat conversations may be saved and reviewed by our team to respond to you and improve our service.
Using the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false information, interfering with its operation or security, scraping it at scale, attempting to access systems you aren't authorized to use, or using it for anything unlawful.
Our content
The Site's text, design, graphics and logos belong to Truevestments.com or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. Other uses require our written permission. Carrier and partner names and logos belong to their owners.
Links and third-party services
The Site links to and embeds content from other companies, including news publishers, TradingView, Google and social media sites. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Truevestments.com and its owners, employees and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or its content. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under your insurance policy or under laws that cannot be waived.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
